Hello, dear agile reader! This time, we would like to tell you three stories in one. Each story has a beginning, but the story of our eduNav team has three beginnings merged into one. The year 2020 was not all bad, right? For Robby, Sarah, and Živa, it was far from bad. Making Agile Human Again

It’s 2020. That sentence might be the most powerful statement during our current situation. People working from home, children learning online, and businesses adapting to new norms, and the list goes on. Covid-19 has initiated a transformation that is causing anxiety, stress, and discomfort for the entire world. Mijn 5 Key Take Aways van de Agile Coach Opleiding

Door Rik Maaskant Vandaag was de laatste dag van de Agile Coach opleiding. Gedurende 4 dagen heb ik mij ondergedompeld in de wonderbare wereld van Agile Transformaties, team coaching, transitie roadmaps en verandermanagement. Van de leerstijlen van Kolb tot de motivatietheorie van Pink tot de piramide van de Lencioni, werkelijk alles is de revue gepasseerd. Het gaat te ver om je er alles over te vertellen. Dus hier volgen mijn 5 key take aways van de Agile Coach opleiding: Zo Verander je Cultuur Cultuur is allesbepalend en daardoor ontzettend belangrijk, maar tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook ontzettend fluffy en ongrijpbaar.
